Mount Engraving Tools Ltd (MET) has been in operation since 1979 servicing a multitude of industrial sectors. Through the acquisition of Mount Engraving Co and more recently Anflex Engraving Ltd. MET is now established as the Largest UK based engraver specialising in the production of mechanically engraved chrome cylinders. A large range of machinery is available with capacity for rolls from 25mm face to 6 meters in length. In addition engraving facilities are supported by superfinish equipment enabling MET to produce rolls of superior quality.
Product Development (read more)
MET has in house tool production facilities enabling existing tools to be maintained to a high standard. In addition specific cell configurations can be developed to suit a customers own requirements. MET offers its customers support in exploring ways of improving existing and researching new better engraved finishes.
Quality Control (read more)
Throughout the engraving process and after chrome plating, video scanning equipment is used to monitor cell dimensions and surface finish. Quality assurance documentation is then issued with each delivery. All information is archived to ensure repeatability of future orders.
Export
We export globally and are well versed in import/export procedures both by sea and air.
