Mount Engraving Tools Ltd (MET) has been in operation since 1979 servicing a multitude of industrial sectors. Through the acquisition of Mount Engraving Co and more recently Anflex Engraving Ltd. MET is now established as the largest UK based engraver specialising in the production of mechanically engraved chrome anilox or gravure coating cylinders. A large range of machinery is available with capacity for rolls from 25mm face to 6 meters in length. In addition engraving facilities are supported by superfinish equipment enabling MET to produce rolls of superior quality thus satisfying any future anilox or gravure requirements you may have.
Product Development (read more)
MET has in house tool production facilities enabling existing tools to be maintained to a high standard. In addition specific cell configurations can be developed to suit a customers own anilox / gravure requirements. MET offers customers support in exploring ways of improving existing products and in researching new and improved gravure finishes.
Quality Control (read more)
Throughout the engraving process and after chrome plating, video scanning equipment is used to monitor cell dimensions and the gravure surface finish. Quality assurance documentation is then issued with each delivery. All information is archived to ensure repeatability of all future anilox/gravure orders.

We export globally and are well versed in import/export procedures both by sea and air.
